Could you have hoodia everyday? How well does it work? Is it great to just keep that hankering for late night snacking away?  It all depends on how healthy your liver is. A person who is healthy in every way may be able to tolerate it. The choice whether to use hoodia or reject should be the individual’s choice. You can have it like a nutritional supplement. You should not be swayed by other considerations. After all hoodia is not a magic potion. And merely having hoodia will not let you escape from the responsibility of eating sensibly. To lose weight you have to eat all the right things.
Websites on the Internet will make claims that make hoodia appear like a magic wand that you wave to make those extra kilos melt away. But hoodia cannot change laws of metabolism. A person cannot consume more calories than he burns and expect to shed weight.  There is only one way in this world to lose weight. The only rule is to eat less. Whether you are fat or thin is determined by your genes. Pure hoodia gives you the power to control your body better. In sufficiently large doses hoodia helps to control appetite. It reduces hunger; it does not erase it altogether. When resting metabolism is boosted, it is possible to lose weight. Taking help from hoodia, eating well and exercising you can end up losing 1500 calories a day.
The best way of doing that is by getting some cardiovascular exercise like walking, jogging or swimming along with a bit of strength training. The overweight people in the study may have had pure hoodia, lazed around and still lost weight. But there is little chance you will do the same. The best bet is to take some hoodia and work out to lose weight fast. The real desperate ones are probably planning to down a whole bottle of hoodia in the hope that it will take care of their hunger for a long time. And when they have shed their weight they can start eating all over again.

Doing something like that would be the stupidest thing to do because it would be dangerous.  Radical weight loss is a sign of sickness. Weight should be lost gradually if you plan to keep it away long term. Aim to drink lots of clean water, give up refined carbs and take the correct dose of hoodia.  Before embarking on any weight loss program talk to your doctor.  Nutrition is too important a thing to be ignored. Loss of appetite should lead to loss of nutrients as well. You are healthy only as long as you get enough nutrition.
